2. Business Description（事業内容）

M3 Halal Point is a one-stop shop offering halal food products, daily essentials, and selected second-hand items.
We operate based on ethical trade, affordability, and community trust, guided by the values of Peace, Integrity, and Unity.

M3 Halal Pointは、ハラール食品、生活必需品、および厳選された中古品を取り扱うワンストップショップです。
倫理的取引、適正価格、地域社会との信頼を大切にし、平和・誠実・団結の価値観に基づいて運営しています。

3. Product Prices & Tax（販売価格・消費税）

  • All listed prices are exclusive of consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
  • Consumption tax will be added at checkout.

表示価格には、特別な記載がない限り消費税は含まれておりません。
ご注文時に消費税を別途加算いたします。

4. Payment Methods（お支払い方法）

  • Cash on Delivery (COD / 代金引換) only
  • Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.

代金引換のみのお支払いとなります。
クレジットカード、その他の決済方法はご利用いただけません。

Receipt / 領収書について
The COD receipt issued by the delivery company will serve as the official receipt.
領収書は、配送業者が発行する代引き領収書をもって代えさせていただきます。

5. Shipping Information（配送について）

  • Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
  • The delivery company may vary depending on the order.
  • Products are shipped via refrigerated or frozen delivery, depending on the item.

配送は、ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便のいずれかを使用します。
商品内容により、冷蔵便または冷凍便で発送いたします。

Shipping Fees（送料）

  • Free shipping for orders over ¥10,000 (tax excluded)
  • Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands are excluded.
  • For Okinawa, a shipping fee of ¥1,500 per 14kg (rounded up) applies.

税抜き10,000円以上お買い上げの場合、送料・代引き手数料は当社負担となります。
※北海道・沖縄・離島は対象外
※沖縄は14kgごと（端数切り上げ）に1,500円の送料がかかります。

6. Delivery Time（配送日数・時間指定）

  • Same-day shipping is not available.
  • Orders should be placed 2–3 days in advance.
  • Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
  • No shipments on Sunday.

当日発送は対応しておりません。
余裕をもってご注文ください。
土曜日のご注文は、翌週月曜日の発送となります。
日曜日は発送業務を行っておりません。

AM 9–12 / 12–2 / 2–4 / 4–6 / 6–8 / 7–9
※ご希望に添えない場合がございます。

7. Orders & Stock（ご注文・在庫）

Orders are accepted via website, phone, email, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp.
Items may be placed on backorder if out of stock.
We do not offer credit accounts.

ご注文は、ウェブサイト・電話・メール・Facebook Messenger・WhatsApp にて受け付けております。
商品によっては在庫切れの場合がございます。
掛け売り（与信取引）は行っておりません。

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations（返品・交換・キャンセル）

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if there is any issue with quality or quantity.
  • Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.
  • Food, frozen, and perishable items are non-returnable unless defective.

商品に不具合、数量違いがある場合は、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
食品・冷凍品・生鮮品は、不良品を除き返品不可となります。

9. Disclaimer（免責事項）

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

天候、配送業者の事情、その他やむを得ない理由による遅延については、当社は責任を負いかねます。

10. Governing Law（準拠法）

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

本規約は、日本法に準拠し解釈されるものとします。
